Zirconia Fused Alumina is produced by fusing aluminum, zirconium materials and additives in electric arc furnace at above 2000 ℃ and followed by cooling.The fine and homogenous microstructure provides high hardness and toughness, excellent self-sharpeness and lasting durability.

1 . Zirconia Fused Alumina
AZ40 represents a Fused Alumina-Zirconia type ofeutectic composition produced by melting aluminaand Zirconia at about 2000'C temperature in an elect-ric arc furnace followed by cooling of the motion pro.duct, The very fine and homogenous microstructureof this materials provides high toughness but alsoexcellent self sharpening properties. With 40% zirco-nia, this product promises lasting durability forcoated and bonded abrasives.
AZ40-F grade products are specifically engineeredfor bonded abrasives.From rough, organic-bondedabrasives to precise, vitrified-bonded abrasives,JYSoffers a wide range of products that can be customi-ze to suit various needs. AZ40-F Grade products vowtoincrease material removal rates and to extend usa-bility without sacrificing beautiful finishes.
AZ40-P grade products are specifically engineeredfor coated abrasives. While traditional abrasives dullor break at the bonding point, our AZ40-P Gradeabrasives have unique fracture properties that offermicroscopic precision in performance and efficientability in high speed cutting action. These grains donot only improve the overall cutting experience, butthey also extend the usability of your sandpapers,belts, or flap discs.
